Plot Ideogram for Regulome Plot

This function creates an ideogram representation of the chromosome in coordinates.

plotIdeogramRegulome(coordinates, genome)

Arguments

coordinates	GRanges object with coordinates you want to plot.
genome	Character string indicating the genome for the coordinates. Default: hg19.
